Cancel order

At Kashi, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. If you need to cancel your order, here’s how it works:

1. Order Cancellation Window

   • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

   • Once the order has been packed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

2. How to Cancel

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

   • If your payment was made online and the cancellation request is accepted, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Important Note

   • Orders placed during special discounts, festive sales, or promotions may not be eligible for cancellation.
